<div style="text-align: center;">
I was going to write a lengthy and highly detailed post about my thoughts on this particular masterpiece of a movie, but I decided to create an about.me page instead. There, I will be writing all my journalistic ventures for readers to look over and comment on, even review if they wish to. So, rather than close off this post as I had already written its title and planned it out step by step, I'll leave you with a lovely picture of David and Sofia curled up together on a sofa. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Yes, it is a lovely picture, and it is a wonderful movie. If you want to read reviews on it, please visit my new Wordpress blog at <a href="https://aspiringjournalism.wordpress.com/" target="_blank">Aspiring Journalism</a></div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZS6vDu3MGjr7aPly0JNXvF3xjb3bU_-vk4uPczAOM_570wITGr_okrXB8kHYsyk0CTuyLI81-1HYBb9t-iUJ4RzdwothrNDeVUGoKvjHDNQ3aL6RbzPgXzKIKmU3VdbzQrxqAU5fCl1bg/s1600/heathers.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZS6vDu3MGjr7aPly0JNXvF3xjb3bU_-vk4uPczAOM_570wITGr_okrXB8kHYsyk0CTuyLI81-1HYBb9t-iUJ4RzdwothrNDeVUGoKvjHDNQ3aL6RbzPgXzKIKmU3VdbzQrxqAU5fCl1bg/s1600/heathers.jpeg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In honor of a fantastic movie, I have decided to share my thoughts on it. It is as simple as that and there are no underlying reasons behind my need to promote it. I'm not trying to make any revenue here; I just really enjoy this movie and think a lot of people would if they gave it the time of day, which I have found many won't.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'll never come to understand why so many judge it as they do. Not every movie is suited to just any taste, of course, but there's so much eighties revolving around this one that it's hard not to love even a little.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
J.D. is my favourite character, 'shockingly'. Most people would most likely prefer Veronica Sawyer, but her psychotic boyfriend takes the cake in this one. Whilst I admire and appreciate Veronica, J.D. just seems so much more interesting and highly troubled, making him more fun to watch. Together, however, they make the perfect duo when it comes to knowing exactly how to keeping you entertained. He is a complete maniac and she is out for revenge. Try to work the rest out for yourself and question whether or not you want to keep ignoring the greatness of this movie.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On the other hand, if you have seen it and love it, who is your favourite character and why?</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have to admit that I am not usually a fan of television shows. Despite this fact, I can't help but enjoy watching Cover Affairs. Not only because Piper and Oded are brilliant actors, especially alongside each other, but because the storyline is brilliant as well.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I seldom find shows of this genre to be to my liking, but this one has changed my mind. Even if Oded's character is killed off for whatever reason, I'm most likely going to keep on watching for Piper's character. I really believe that Annie and Eyal are a perfect match, even if the writers don't think so at the moment. They should definitely be together at some point. I'd scream my head off if both left things unsaid and suddenly he was killed 'for the story' to go somewhere. I like Auggie as well, who is also a reasonable match for Annie, but I'm more into the connection between her and Eyal to even notice Auggie shows interest in her as well. I think they are both better off as best friends though; nothing personal.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Anyone else been watching the newest episodes? or even been watching since it first started? Who are your favourite and least favourite characters? and last but not least, would you find Annie and Eyal finally getting together a good thing or a bad thing? Leave your thoughts below.</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQAvHDX3BPlvYqieWELlkUsnXVBqa7ZTl-bwkYJDHhAQQAXq_RiEV_zMgBdsQjh0PoPVcX2HvSOUFxqBuXEMBmg8fNQtPVHGu3EmaBnoZzeHumtmNfIF0Qa-jmtz8YDOvNou1bzSg4nvU3/s1600/AURORA_AND_PHILLIP_1_by_FERNL.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQAvHDX3BPlvYqieWELlkUsnXVBqa7ZTl-bwkYJDHhAQQAXq_RiEV_zMgBdsQjh0PoPVcX2HvSOUFxqBuXEMBmg8fNQtPVHGu3EmaBnoZzeHumtmNfIF0Qa-jmtz8YDOvNou1bzSg4nvU3/s320/AURORA_AND_PHILLIP_1_by_FERNL.jpg" width="226" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Just as a fun post; though entirely serious, I would like to point out the one person I am very glad to have met. That person would be my beloved; my fiance. He has been more than anything I could have ever asked for, and words cannot amount to how much I love him. He is my rock and angel. I turn to him through everything and though at times I am unbelievably stubborn and ridiculous in my actions, or lack of, he is incredibly forgiving.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Never would I ever want to give him up for anything or anyone. I am incapable of living without him, for he keeps me alive and completely happy. Happiness was not always so brilliant in my life; now it blooms like a flower on the first day of spring.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So, who is the one person you're glad to have met? And why is it exactly that you are so glad to have met this person?</div>

Another post inspired by 105 Blog Prompts, and I hope you will write one similar after reading this, though I sharn't be going into much depth. I will only list my 3 favourite words and then ask you yours. You, however, can go as in depth as you wish in the comment section, or can link back to your own blog post.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">

2. Love</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
3. Darling</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
I will say only one thing about these words and why I adore them so much. My husband to be uses them all the time and they make me melt like a stick of butter on a hot summers day.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiWIq4_ea0L5_bS1icNsNuDyszTpyQl1x1vgbAUjACCQTIbzvxs_jU2lDpwreqv2w-62pRGZhehBmq2q-eNXFQnSRrnqUSOMIGdqEdGhkk7FaOXk97-oWPniowjEv6sIh_15-cqjBRv08jP/s1600/brain-inspired-light-bulb.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiWIq4_ea0L5_bS1icNsNuDyszTpyQl1x1vgbAUjACCQTIbzvxs_jU2lDpwreqv2w-62pRGZhehBmq2q-eNXFQnSRrnqUSOMIGdqEdGhkk7FaOXk97-oWPniowjEv6sIh_15-cqjBRv08jP/s320/brain-inspired-light-bulb.jpg" width="249" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>Because I could not decide on one of the following writers to set as an image for this post; I chose an idea bulb.</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Alright, so this is a little difficult for most, but I have known who my favourite writers are for quite some time now and it has not changed. I have read more books since I decided, but still, my views remain the same.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i> </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
First up is Anne Rice, for a very good reason. The Vampire Chronicles are to-die-for books and anyone who is a fan of immortals should read them. Anne is a one of a kind writer who has her own methods and style, making her incredibly unique and even more fascinating. Her vampire novels inspired me a long time ago to get back into writing, after I found The Vampire Lestat hidden at the back of my cupboard among all my other books.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Stephen King is next, but by no means least. He and Anne are the only writers who inspire me enough to create my own worlds. Though, King has a passion for vulgar stories, whereas Anne writes about such things in a more charming kind of way. I like both styles to be fair and King is capable of making his readers squirm in their seats. What I like most about King however is his book titled On Writer and I encourage anyone who wishes to develop their writing skills further to go out and buy this book. In no way am I trying to profit from this because I'm not even directing you to anything; I just believe he tells it as it is and leaves nothing to the imagination. He is fairly brutal in his explanations and that makes it all the more interesting to read.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Who are your favourite writers and why?</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQuU2VMOoRrVUb76lnLdw-lpLWLNAc8uCE81eyb5KZwOYOZ1QqxxLTOcxPss4WafRe0ux5-8nIw1DnDyrj6SrSx6Leka4ZximHgXk72o3t6ffHt9H_cDYlXOyyIYY9Q4X9FshkMgeQmvhf/s1600/genie-lamp.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="248" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQuU2VMOoRrVUb76lnLdw-lpLWLNAc8uCE81eyb5KZwOYOZ1QqxxLTOcxPss4WafRe0ux5-8nIw1DnDyrj6SrSx6Leka4ZximHgXk72o3t6ffHt9H_cDYlXOyyIYY9Q4X9FshkMgeQmvhf/s320/genie-lamp.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>This is another post inspired by the 105 Blog Prompts list on <a href="http://selfpublishingteam.com/">selfpublishingteam.com</a></i> - <i>go visit them!</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Alright, so the question is as follows: A genie grants you three writing related wishes, what are they and why?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Endless Ideas</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Of course, I can not think of a single writer who would not wish for this. It would save them a whole load of trouble spending countless hours of not writing; instead trying desperately to come up with something interesting enough to write about. It is inevitable that a writer should choose this as their first wish. At least, it would be my first wish that was writing related.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Thesaurus Hunting</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I am not sure what other writers do about this one, but I am aware that I'm not the only one out there who have a gander inside a thesaurus every now and then in the hopes of finding a better word. After spending the last week or two reading Stephen Kings: On Writing however, I have come to understand that trying to find a word that sounds better is a very bad idea. Still, sometimes it is necessary, especially if you have used the word quite a bit already throughout your writing.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Block Banishment</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This probably ties in with Endless Ideas, but there is more than one problem when it comes to writers block and that includes getting halfway through a story and not knowing how to keep going. This, to me, is different in its own way and should be something we can avoid. I would wish to have this problem completely banished. No matter how involved I get in any story I am writing, somewhere down the line, the idea fairy will fly off and leave me wondering how I'm doing to continue.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Alright, now that I have listed my three wishes, it's your turn. Which three things would you wish for that would be vital to sustain your love of writing?</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgatclCVc0KZ0reFQtTR2B4FEZASW5IEQSXkNFf-WqfbTmosH7ozXHjI9Y2C2QOYPgNmABSeVbaJW7oUGvKpX0jMzRSh49cKhQcGw4eWAs0aKJFg1dUF4ohCyAvZdH2IcmPTMNur8EjyKkh/s1600/In+The+Moonlight+Chars+WM.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="319" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgatclCVc0KZ0reFQtTR2B4FEZASW5IEQSXkNFf-WqfbTmosH7ozXHjI9Y2C2QOYPgNmABSeVbaJW7oUGvKpX0jMzRSh49cKhQcGw4eWAs0aKJFg1dUF4ohCyAvZdH2IcmPTMNur8EjyKkh/s320/In+The+Moonlight+Chars+WM.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I do have a cover for this novella, but the characters are important for this post. This is what I imagine them both to look like, and this is what I would have to keep in mind when choosing an actor and actress to portray them to a standard I think they could manage.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
After stumbling across a post asking readers who they would like as the final cast if their book was ever turned into a movie, it got me thinking. Of course, my favourite actress to date is Liv Tyler and it has been her for a while, so there was no doubt at all about her portraying my character Catherine Hunt. Then I thought long and hard about who would pull off the character of Sebastian Wood quite well, and my mind landed on Christian Bale. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I took into account everything about my characters first and foremost, and believe I have chosen correctly. It would be nice to see my book turned into a movie, and with that being said, I'd better get a move on and start writing it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Have you ever thought about who might play the characters in your stories?</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Because the Headless Horseman is not actually included on this list, I have given him special mention in the form of a picture instead. This list is scattered; not in any kind of order and possibly lacking a few more of my favourites, but these are the basics and all I can think of at present.</div>

Ledger's version of this villain of course. Whilst I am a huge Nicholson fan, I did not feel that his performance as the joker was as good as it could have been. Heath gave the character a whole new meaning and it surprised me. I would never have believed he could have pulled it off as well as he did, but he didn't half manage.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Voldemort</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I think a good telling off would be given to anyone who did not mention Lord Voldemort, no matter who else is on their list. Voldemort was optional for mine however because he is not really as good as he could be. Perhaps that is the fault of the Potter world director, as his character in Rowling's books is up to par. I was shocked to find out his character in the movies did not live up to his character in the books, but I will never blame Ralph Fiennes.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Annie Wilkes</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is a character that should always get top marks for being uniquely disturbed in more ways than one. She kidnaps her favourite novelist and is sure to break his ankles to prevent him escaping her clutches, whilst she forces him to write a new chapter to his book just for her. In the movie, she snaps whenever he writes something that she does not approve of and goes absolutely mental. It is unique; and whilst the kidnapping idea is not, her inner demons give her a strong enough likability.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Patrick Bateman</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Bateman is a classic because he is so messed up you would not believe it. It seems as though, throughout the entire movie, he has no real reason whatsoever to commit such horrific murders, but the enjoyment he receives from actually allowing his moods to take control are hilarious. Whilst it should not be a comedy in any way, shape or form given its content, it's almost impossible not to giggle at how intense those moments are. He simply boils up a load of anger through the smallest of things, and kills people if they displease him in any way.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Stansfield</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
One of my favourite bad guys, and not just because Gary Oldman portrays him. No, this corrupt cop is so hyped on drugs that he doesn't know the difference between right or wrong anymore. His sanity left him a long time ago and his only muse is Beethoven. He likes to describe Beethoven's music as the kind of thing that warms him up before he barges in on people who owe him a ton of money, but refuse to own up to it. A personal favourite quote of mine; 'I haven't got time for this Mickey Mouse bullshit!', is one that defines his character perfectly.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Pennywise</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A great deal of people would probably include this clown, because they are afraid of clowns in general, though this one in particular is severely messed up. He has razor sharp teeth and an upward pointing <i>do </i>of bright red hair. At first, he seems almost friendly, but for those who have a keen eye and ear, he is far from it. The game is given away all too soon when he pulls a young boy down a gutter and eats him alive. Me however, I am not scared of clowns, so this one doesn't actually frighten me much. The only thing that frightens me about this clown is Tim Curry; now he <b>IS</b> scary.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Nurse Ratched</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There is nothing at all to like about this damn woman. She is irritating from the first time we are introduced to her. The way in which she treats her patients is ridiculous; she cares nothing for them and is non the wiser when one of them shows clear signs of depression. Because of her lack of understanding and inability to notice these signs, said patient kills himself and she then considers it a problem she could not have prevented. She certainly could have prevented it by not encouraging the poor patient to feel guilty over sleeping with someone. Having quite a bond with his mother and being threatened by this nurse did not end well for him.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Predator</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I adore this character, very much so. I chose predator over alien and would everytime because alien does not have all that much to offer really. Unless of course, I were to base my decision off a deleted scene I found for one of the alien movies a few years ago, then I might pick alien instead. It was a very creepy clip in which an alien was kneeling down watching a member of crew fixing up her hair. What bothered me most about that clip was the way in which the alien approached her; crawling forward whilst his hands were on the floor beneath him and his feet outstretched in front of him. It was the image of that alone I believe. But, in all seriousness, predator gets my vote.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Bane</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Another character from Batman because this one deserves it too. I was reluctant to go and see the new batman movie, but was persuaded by how good a trailer it had. It's more likely that I'll go see a movie if a trailer shines. I'll seldom bother otherwise. Bane has been chosen because his villain is of a different kind; he is not your usual villain at all. Though, he is not exactly the real villain (the mastermind behind the destruction of Gotham), which is what makes it more exciting.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>V</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Most will know who V is, and if you don't, shame on you. He is last on this list so your focus will be on him for a moment longer. I wanted him here for attention because I do not consider him a villain by any means, but in the world of entertainment, he is just that. The reason why I do not consider him a villain is because everything that he did and everything that he stood for, I agreed with. Had he been an actual member of society, I would have stood alongside him and followed his dreams because he was right in absolutely everything he ever said or did.</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigHKL-fRuZjfSx_wk7mBmzTOhleBdzkq4WSTiacaS963dUQ3uU4pvAb57ARAyEa9CzXazc2u6oUtRAwe5-Up1x176A7wQuwDTstou1-T6MqqkbCDq2BfIkwv-965RixoyNEK-jzvZDZA-i/s1600/OldBook.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="212" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigHKL-fRuZjfSx_wk7mBmzTOhleBdzkq4WSTiacaS963dUQ3uU4pvAb57ARAyEa9CzXazc2u6oUtRAwe5-Up1x176A7wQuwDTstou1-T6MqqkbCDq2BfIkwv-965RixoyNEK-jzvZDZA-i/s320/OldBook.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
My favourite literary character? It is impossible to choose just one out of so many brilliant creations. Each character I adore has their very own ways, styles and whatnot. It would be daft to pick just one of them to stand above the others, and because of this I have decided on three. One for each period of time more or less, though I could be completely wrong.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Heathcliff</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I do not think a list of my favourite literary characters would ever feel complete if it did not include Heathcliff. There is so much to like about this particular character that it's difficult to point out everything, but I shall narrow it down. His ongoing and evergrowing love for Catherine is just one point. The way in which he strives all of the time to win her heart back once he loses it to another man whom she only <i>thinks </i>she has fallen for. It was nothing but a poor fancy, according to Heathcliff. He is a character that most will show hatred toward eventually, about midway through the book, but soon realise he is a very loving, caring and misunderstood human being who deserves the love he longs for.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Lestat</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As with my thoughts on the above character, no list would be complete without the great Lestat. He is just a vampire you can't help but love, no matter his evil ways. It just so happens that he was not always the vicious fiend he is portrayed to be throughout further books. If one would read the beginning of it all, from the first moment it happened, they could understand him a little more. After reading The Vampire Lestat, before following his journey in other books, you are shown the kind of man he once was and how loving and caring he was still, even after he had been born into a new life through no choice of his own. Lestat, is also misunderstood.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Sirius</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
People should know who this character is without having to read his surname, but if you still haven't a clue, think Hogwarts. That clue alone should help determine who this man is. With this character, it is a love for his mischievous ways, as much as it is a love for his adoration and commitment toward his godson. After his release since being blamed for a crime he did not commit, he develops a bond with the boy who lost his parents many years ago, and is now the only family he has left. Sirius is there as much as he can be for him, but fate turns the tables on them both, with Sirius losing his life and his godson, and his godson losing the only family he has left.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I want to know who your favourite literary characters are. If they have been in movies, that is acceptable, so long as they were in books prior to their success elsewhere. So, do you have one favourite, or many, and who are they?</div>

Another blog post inspired by <a href="http://selfpublishingteam.com/105-author-blog-prompts/" target="_blank">105 Blog Prompts</a> and hopefully this in depth description of my thoughts on the above quote ties in with yours.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
To begin, it is an incredibly inspiring sentence, given it is only a few words in length and yet is able to outline such a strong platform, it makes those of us who have our doubts about accomplishing certain things, feel as though we are capable and have the power to achieve our goals. This is how I feel about it at least, but I would like to know how my readers feel about it. Whilst it inspires some, it may not inspire others, and there is always a reason why.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Does it inspire you? How does it make you feel? What do you think you could strive for after reading such a quote as this?</div>

<i>After browsing around for blog post ideas, as I am fairly limited</i> <i>when my brain is half asleep, this is what I found that inspired me. A list of 105 blogging prompts to help those who just can't come up with anything they think their readers will enjoy. I shall post a link to the original article afterwards.</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
One of the topics is as follows: If someone gave you a free plane ticket to anywhere in the world, where would you go? .. and I would very much like to answer this question.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i> </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
Despite the fact that most people would choose somewhere exotic for a nice relaxing holiday, I would not. In fact, if ever I was away from my husband to be, I'd take that ticket and make my way to him on the next available flight. It would not take me very long to decide that would be my choice, and as we are not together at present, that is my choice right now. With a free plane ticket to absolutely anywhere in the world, the only place I genuinely want to be is with him. For, at the moment, our being apart is taking its toll after three or four years, so it's about time that changed. As with most things in life however, money is complex and trying to save up enough of it for an actual flight is just as complex. However, until I have enough in the bank to pay for a flight out to him, this will continue to be my only goal and aim, if anyone were willing enough to help me out prior of course. It would be greatly appreciated, but asking such a thing is by no means right.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
How about you, dear readers. Where would you trot off to with a free plane ticket?<br />

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>This is a snippet from an inspiring and important</i> <i>post by Ollin Morales.</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: black;">Once you have explained to the other
person that your passion is important to you, and after you explained to
them that they are making you feel guilty about it, see how they react.
If they <i>still </i>keep making efforts to guilt trip you, then you’re going to have to realize that this person is unfairly trying to control you.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: black;">For whatever reason, they do not like
what you are doing. Either your efforts at pursuing your passion
threaten them, or they may be genuinely afraid for your well-being.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: black;">Either way, as an adult, they have to
respect your decisions. You are no longer a child that needs to be
protected from the boogeyman. If you’re about to cross the street, no
one needs to look both ways for you. You can do that on your own.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: black;">Others may be convinced that you are
making “the biggest mistake of your life” by following your passion.
That’s fine. They are entitled to their opinion. <b>But they are not entitled to your life.</b> They are not allowed to control you. You’re an adult. You make your own decisions, thank you very much.</span></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
As most writers are aware, coming up with that all important first line
for a story is hard work. One would think such a task could be simple
and effort-free, but not when it comes to writing. A writer always
prides themselves in their work, and will have some serious doubts if
the start of their story doesn't quite meet expectations.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Most writers suffer from a little thing called writers block, and that
does not help matters either. However, difficulty coming up with an
attention grabbing first line is not always down to that myth alone,
though now and again, I too suffer from an inability to write anything
at all. No, having trouble knowing how to begin your story is normal for
everyone, even those who have been previously published and are selling
out all over the world. They too have moments like these. Below, I
shall grant you all a list of story starters that might give you a
boost.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
1. In no more than half a year, the world as we know it will cease to exist.<br />
2. Desperation coursed through my veins as I trudged through the empty forest.<br />
3. The stranger smiled, baring his teeth. In an instant, they were buried deep in my neck.<br />
4. A strong scent of coffee filled my nostrils as I sped down the stairs and into the kitchen.<br />
5. No matter how loud I screamed, losing all the air in my lungs, no one came.<br />
6. The waterfall looked like nothing I had ever seen before, what with its kaleidoscope colours.<br />
7. In seconds, he was right in front of me and down on one knee, a little velvet box in one hand.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is all I have for the moment, but in later posts I'll delve into
others. Not many people are good at coming up with story starters and I
am one of those people. Even this was a bit of a struggle, and even
though there are few of them, I do hope they help or inspire your own.
If you use one of these in a piece of fiction and post it online, please
link to it in the comment section.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
I am a writer of many different styles, though my work consists
mostly of short stories, poetry, reviews and articles. During your stay
in my cove, you will come across a selection of each topic that has been
mentioned and will be explored throughout this brief introduction. I
hope that you will enjoy your stay here, and find the time to leave
comments or send in emails if you wish.<br />

<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: magenta;"><u><b>Short Stories</b></u> </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
My short stories are either based upon romantic ideas that I have
swimming around my mind, or simply fan fiction based upon certain
celebrities that I'm intrigued by at the time. This is an endless cycle
of birthing ideas, so there's never a blank page at the end of each day.
On this site, you will come across a selective list of short stories
that have been rated by readers, and there will also be an option to
purchase the stories listed if you are interested.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: magenta;"><u><b>Poetry</b></u> </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Rather than post my poetry straight onto this site, I will be linking
readers to my page on Writers Network. That way, you may browse through
each and every poem I have written, as well as the poetry of other
writers if you wish to. My poems, as with my short stories, are more or
less based around romance and celebrity tributes. The poetry that has
already been published on that site will not be sold to readers, but if
you wish to request a poem you may.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
</div>

<span style="color: magenta;"><u><b>Reviews</b></u> </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I tend to write a lot of reviews, typically based off movies or music
and sometimes the odd product here and there if I am really intrigued by
it. I'll post samples of my review writing techniques in a seperate
page on this site so you may have a gander and hopefully find what you
are looking for. I try hard to give in depth descriptions and detail in
regard to movies I have watched or music I have listened to and found to
be incredibly powerful.</div>

<span style="color: magenta;"><u><b>Articles</b></u> </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
These are my favourite pieces of writing, along with short stories. I
spend hours each day just coming up with new ideas alone so that I may
produce quality content for my main blog. If you would like to view my
writing skills via that site instead, I will find somewhere to post a
link to my other corners of the web. Article samples will be displayed
on this site with brief summaries and there will be an option to request
an article or article batch if you would like to.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
I tried to sum up the idea of this post into the title and hopefully it makes sense. If not, I'll delve deeper into what I actually mean and what I will be talking about throughout this particular post. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This will be done the Disney way, because everything Disney is magical and wonderful. Everyone likes Disney; there's no one on earth who doesn't, so this little task will be for pretty much anyone who wants to join in. You can list as many as you wish, but what I am asking is that you choose up to at least five characters you would like to have as friends. They can be animated people or animated animals, it doesn't really matter either way, so long as you explain clearly beneath each choice why you have chosen them above others to have as your friend. I'm going to start with my own little list below.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Thumper</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This cute little bunny rabbit from Bambi has a place as one of my disney friends without a doubt. As is already quite clear, he is adorable and that is one of my reasons for choosing him. He's also a brilliant friend to Bambi, along with Flower, but I'm not too fond of Skunks.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Jock</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This little guy is the smokey looking pooch in Lady & The Tramp. He is faithful to those he loves, knows the ins and outs of near enough everything and has a wonderful scottish accent going for him. I think I love this guy so much cause of the way he interacts with Tramp.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Samson</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This quirky horse belongs to the delightful Prince Phillip in Sleeping Beauty and is amazingly funny to watch. My favourite scene featuring the two of them has to be when Phillip hears Aurora singing in the woods, but poor Samson sends him flying into a puddle of water.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Shere Khan</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is most likely an outrageous choice for a disney friend, but I can't help myself. I'm not sure what it is exactly about this dangerous tiger that intrigues me so much. He is brave by all accounts and is horribly frightening. I suppose it's because he could be a protector of sorts.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Lafayette</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This pooch is another favourite of mine and one I would just love to have around all the time. When he is with Napoleon, he is hilarious, and I can imagine he would be just as fun to be around on his own as I'm not too fond of his partner in crime.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Skippy</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This bunny rabbit wears a lilac coloured shirt and receives a bow and arrow as a birthday present from dear old Robin Hood after being robbed by the mean old sherrif. I cannot stand watching that scene so I always skip it. I'm choosing him cause I just want to cuddle him to bits.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Eeyore</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Always on the top of my list this little guy. As miserable as he is most of the time, I can't help but relate to him and connect in some way. Plus, he's so cute to look at and I think if I had him as a friend, I could make him smile more than he looks glum.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<u><b>Marahute</b></u><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There is so much to like about this beautiful golden eagle, aside from that fact alone, that it is absolutely beautiful. When its friends are in trouble, it is always there to lend a wing and thats something I would love about it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Grandmother Willow</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is a wise choice for me. I've chosen her because she herself is very wise and knows all. It would come in handy from time to time to hear her view or thoughts on certain things. Having her as a friend would keep you healthy and happy I believe.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<u><b>Mushu</b></u> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't know who would leave this little red dragon off their list of disney friends, but it certainly won't be me. Mushu is so funny, all of the time, even when he is not trying to be funny and that makes him even more special. I'd really want to have him as a friend.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, now that my list of Disney Friends is complete, I'd like to read who your favourites are and who you would choose to have as close friends. Animals or humans are acceptable, even talking cutlery and teapots are allowed. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Llandudno view from Great Orme</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As it has been a while since my last genuine post on this poor little blog, I figured after spending a whole day in Llandudno and going on a rather tiresome walk around the Orme, I would write a little something about the place itself. It has been a main attraction for holiday goers for a very long time now, and even though I think it's filled to the coast with elderly people, it's a lovely place to visit. For the most part, I quite enjoy the Pier and the doughnuts available just as you step onto it. Just this weekend when I went with my dad, the doughnut stall was not open and was quite a disappointment but I'm sure I'll get over it. Besides that, Llandudno has potential to entertain people of all ages with what it has to offer its guests. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I want to try and list a few of the main attractions or areas people may find interesting here at Llandudno, just to see who has been and who might consider going if they haven't already. I don't know how short or how long this list will be, but it's worth giving it my best shot seeing as for every year of my life to date, this was the number one location we went to for a weeks holiday.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Great Orme</b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Little Orme</b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Pier/Prom</b><br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
That's actually a pretty poor list to be fair and I know there are other attractions around and about Llandudno, but they do require a bus to reach them, such as Conwy Castle. Now, the Little Orme is unfamiliar territory for me because I have yet to go wandering up that one, in all the years I've been going there, which is surprising. The Great Orme however has a select few things that might be of enjoyment to visitors, such as a ski and snowboard centre, cable cars, tramways and copper mines. It's been a good few years since I've been down the copper mines, but from what I know, they are still as safe as ever and running as often as they were when I was younger. It was always a task trying to get my dad or my grandad on the cable cars, but I think I managed to get them both on it at least once and it was certainly worth waiting for. I forget now and then they are afraid of heights.<br />
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b> </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Of everything in Llandudno itself, my favourite activity was always throwing pebbles off the beach as far as I could into the sea and then paddling in after them. I'm not too sure why I went in to collect the pebbles again, but it was on my mind at the time and was the most fun I had there. The walk around the Great Orme never was one of my favourite activities and going right up to the top from one side and coming down the other side just the other day will probably hang about in my head for a long while. It will be there the next time I pay a trip to Llandudno and it'll keep me far away from it.</div>
Lisa-Marie Dutthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17454740281127776225noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5452911655933611216.post-34510737529013759032012-08-17T15:40:00.000+01:002012-08-17T15:40:36.462+01:00Inspirational Quote ~ Laughter Is Medicine<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m633fkmJzK1rws09eo1_500.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m633fkmJzK1rws09eo1_500.jpg" width="318" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As this quote suggests; Laughter is a cheap form of medicine and requires little effort to succeed in. I know that some people have difficulty finding a reason to laugh, or even smile about something, but if you don't try hard enough, you won't see the joy in anything. At one point, my happiness had faded out so much that I couldn't even reach for it anymore; I was that worn out and tired of everything.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Never in my life have I felt that way, and only recently have I <i>seen the light, </i>took a step back and hit the negativeness over the head with a great big mop and sent it back to where it came from. Being stuck in a negative and miserable state like that is never going to get you anywhere. If you don't try to be happy through your misery, and find something to be glad about, you'll never achieve it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is not as hard as it may seem to find humour in certain things, even the things that don't particularly need any amount of laughter at all. If you can laugh things off at times when you would likely do the complete opposite, you'll find just what you've been looking for, happiness and peace of mind. Try it, give a little laugh when you don't feel like it and you just might be surprised.</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDxfRTO-PxmQyEOTPvnXSHVW21u_7Bx1PTwsVILquPGA0snI1dtRtdJAmI4BYgz_bLHRL83qmT7RE-1LBWh30prGK8WXaL-5tXstZeQmdY4cN-HAJ3kmqhTZWn9bY-oAemfNYf-OD56RJt/s1600/Bag-of-Money.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDxfRTO-PxmQyEOTPvnXSHVW21u_7Bx1PTwsVILquPGA0snI1dtRtdJAmI4BYgz_bLHRL83qmT7RE-1LBWh30prGK8WXaL-5tXstZeQmdY4cN-HAJ3kmqhTZWn9bY-oAemfNYf-OD56RJt/s320/Bag-of-Money.jpg" width="286" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Just a fun little post about the things I would want to do if I were rich. Everyone dreams about having more money than they know what to do with, so why not create your own list of things you would achieve if it ever happened?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<ul>
<li>Small house in Llandudo</li>
<li>Indoor swimming pool</li>
<li>Indoor library (Beauty & The Beast)</li>
<li>Donate a lot to charities</li>
<li>Travel around the world</li>
<li>Be able to finally publish my stories!</li>
<li>Build a chocolate factory (Wonka Style)</li>
</ul>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There isn't all that much I can think of that I would want to be honest. I've been trying for a few days to think of things I might be interested in that I don't already have or do, but there's not an awful lot I desperately need.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm always content with what I already have. Bearing in mind, I do complain when I don't have something I want in the moment, and could probably list off thousands of things if I was going on those alone. How about you? what would you do/want if you had the money you don't have right now? </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you are looking for a writer to write articles, reviews, poetry or short stories, I can guarantee successful outcomes through each of the specialities listed.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
My writing is very broad; I do not limit myself to one particular topic and always write about anything and everything that catches my interests. Mostly, I venture into articles about Movies, Music, Life, Love and Writing. Each post on my blog is SEO designed and created to provide the best of the best possible results. Going on my daily views, reaching a height of up to 600, I can write great content for you if and when you need it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
However, if you're looking into a more creative side in your hiring process, you would be happy to know that in my free time, I write poetry and short stories. It is a daily thing for me, as I spend at least a few hours at a time creating my own worlds and words for the entertainment of others.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Samples of my reviews and articles can be found on this blog, all you have to do is take a look around. But, if you want to have a look at my stories and poetry, visit the links below.</div>

<a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/media/images/42735000/jpg/_42735199_hp_kids5_gal.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://news.bbc.co.uk/media/images/42735000/jpg/_42735199_hp_kids5_gal.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Since a very early age, reading has been one of my favourite things to do, when I'm not writing of course. If ever I struggled or lost inspiration with my stories, I would pick up the nearest book off the shelf and give it a read to spark ideas. Depending on the book I chose, it would either help tremendously and have me setting it down again so I could write, or it would do the opposite; I'd be reading the book for the rest of the day until it was finished.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When I was younger, the books I had in my possession were merely for children. Some were even Goosebumps stories that I'll admit to still enjoying now, but not as much as I enjoy watching the show itself if ever I can catch it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I bought Order Of The Phoenix back in 2003 when it was first published. I was on holiday at the time and spent the rest of that sunny holiday curled up on the nearest chair reading that book. It is, in my opinion, the best of the series, as is the movie itself. My opinion may be shadowed by the evergrowing like I have for Sirius Black, but still, I believe this was the best of them all. As much as I held a lot of hatred after Sirius' death. If you are a Potter fan and love the books and movies just the same, leave a comment and let me know which is your favourite book and which is your favourite movie. It'd be interesting to see a variety of answers! </div>Lisa-Marie Dutthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17454740281127776225noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5452911655933611216.post-52412205768351621402012-07-31T12:23:00.002+01:002012-07-31T12:23:28.508+01:00Wordplay: Helping Writers Become Authors<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<i>After recently stumbling upon this fantastic blog geared toward helping writers with their innermost struggles, I just had to write up a post about it to let the writing world know. At least, those who are not already aware of KM Weiland's wise words might find it a delight to have a look around on her blog for suggestions, improvement strategies and inspiration.</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The title of this wonderful blog is <a href="http://www.wordplay-kmweiland.blogspot.co.uk/" target="_blank">WordPlay</a><i> </i>and should you wish to visit, simply click the underlined link and nose around. You will not be disappointed. I may not be a regular reader<i> </i>just yet as I only came across it over an hour ago, but in that short amount of time I've read through several of her posts and am amazed at how inspiring they are. <i>I want to share my most popular Sirius Black fan
fiction. Prior to this piece, I had not had much luck in pleasing
readers with my words about Sirius and the world of Hogwarts. This one
seemed to change all the negatives to positives; and although it's a
little far-fetched, it's something Sirius fangirls all over would just
love to see happen. If only it could have actually taken place somewhere
down the line!</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i> </i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
My mind replayed haunting images of him falling beyond the veil as the
sound of his godsons cries echoed against my skull once more. That day
had been dreadfully painful for us all; and yet I could not help but
feel a sense of sadness greater than that of the emotions tearing
through others who had grown to admire Sirius Black.<br />
<br />
He had been
a rock for his godson ever since he escaped Azkaban prison and informed
him of the false accusation. Now, he was no longer around. Although but
a month or two had passed since his death, the burden of living life
without the infamous Padfoot was proving a difficult task for all. Those
who had known him for a lifetime were distraught still, finding even
the simplest of daily tasks difficult to comprehend. I was one of those
people. My body yearned to be held in his loving embrace; an embrace he
enveloped all of his godson’s friends within often. Over the years I had
grown jealous, silently wishing his arms would one day encircle my body
and flee far from others. His passing had caused a rift between many;
but myself, Hermione, Ron and Harry had merged closer than ever in the
hope of pulling through. Harder times were ahead we believed.<br />
<br />
“Guys,
it’s about time I made my way to bed. I will see you all in the
morning” I spoke, standing from my spot on the sofa and trudging up the
staircase.<br />
<br />
On my way up the stairs I heard the faint mumble of
everyone saying goodnight; smiling at the sound. The bedroom door closed
behind me without even being touched and I merely shrugged in response.
I was not in any kind of mood to play games with the noble and most
ancient House Of Black. Sighing heavily as I walked further into the
room, my thoughts drifted once more to the man who was once its owner.
Given his untimely death and a dire need for changes to be made to his
childhood home, each of us had been given the job of decorating. I had
been directed into his old bedroom, unfortunately.<br />
<br />
Though it was
not the best place for any one of us to reside for the time being, I
had to admit being so close to what was once a huge part of him was
comforting. Knowing he had slept in this bed for many years of his life,
and even sporadically during his role at the Order Of The Phoenix;
brought a great sense of happiness to my saddened eyes. Pain washed over
my face momentarily as my fingers traced the soft cotton sheets. I sunk
down onto the mattress and wished he would return to make us all giggle
at his witty humour; but I knew it was impossible. He was gone, for
good, unable to return. I sobbed quietly to myself and shook like a leaf
as I lay back against the pillows. His scent filled my nose and I
inhaled deeply, taking it all in as though it were a rare brand of
cologne. Of course, the smell of Sirius had always been inviting, in
more ways than one.<br />
<br />
As I lay back on the mattress and allowed my
mind to take a journey back in time yet again, it landed on another
precious memory of Sirius. This memory however was personal to me and
only me. It spoke loudly of my feelings toward him, and being the young
adult I now was, it could very well have fallen into place perfectly for
me. Had his evil hearted cousin not murdered him, he would know how I
truly felt about him. Though I had tried countless times to confess, the
look in his eyes during those moments of weakness held me back. They
were so very captivating; capturing me in a trance. I always fought to
avoid giving in to temptation and with my strong mind set, it worked
without fail. But, over the years and as I grew that much older, I
realised my like for him had been something much more advanced. Turning
to Hermione a few times with my sob story about falling in love with
someone who could never return my feelings had been effective, up until
she asked with whom I had fallen so hard for. Even then, although she
sprouted her distaste accordingly, she remained incredibly understanding
of my situation and vowed till the end of time to be there for me if
ever I needed advice or a shoulder to lean on in times of need. Now
would have been appropriate; right at this moment.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Just like the song itself.. I want to create my own list of things that I do not like. My husband would agree wholeheartedly with these things no doubt ;) but that's something different entirely, I sharn't get into it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't like spending a single day without my significant other</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't like to go walking in the sun and walk back in the rain</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't like people who so easily contradict themselves</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't like being told I am wrong when I am clearly not</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't like sleeping on an unsettled argument or debate</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't like people who believe everything they read</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't like following trends of any kind</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't like waking up so late that I'm still pretty tired</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't like garlic, or mushrooms</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't like certain food unless it is cooked as I like it</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I don't like vampires that do nothing but sparkle</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Aside from that ridiculous list of things that I just can't stand, there are an abundance of things that I do like, but I just can't be bothered listing them all as it would take forever. I'd want to scram them all in somehow, because the things I do like are far more important than the things I don't like. It would be unfair on the negatives to outshine them with the positives, so I shall shush and end this post here. <tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">More than 400 years ago a great citizen wished to embed the fifth of
November forever in our memory. His hope was to remind the world that
fairness, justice, and freedom are more than words, they are
perspectives. So if you've seen nothing, if the crimes of government
remain unknown to you, then I suggest you allow the fifth of November to
pass unmarked.
